Can I order by phone or email?
We prefer online, then by email as its easy to find, but of course call us between 8am and 6pm AEST.

Do you supply products at Wholesale prices?
Yes, we import and supply the product on this website to supermarkets, delicatessens, health food and organic shops, gourmet retail outlets, cafes, hotels, restaurants & bars all around Australia. We also supply Alcohol-free Beer to Schools for the parents to enjoy at fundraising events. Please call to obtain our Wholesale price, it depends on quantity ordered.
Wholesale customers should apply via our form at the wholesale page and will be given discounted prices.  The pricing shown on this website is the RRP. Wholesale pricing is lower and available for approved customers.

How much is your minimum order and why?
Although we sell direct to anybody, we use a courier or freight service and it really isn’t cost effective to you to have less than two cases of beer sent to you this way.

When and how is GST charged?
GST tax is applied to Schlossgold Alcohol-free Beer. This is included in the price.

I was charged a weird amount for Shipping, what the ?
So sorry! Our eCommerce back end is having glitches, please email an order with your address & postcode & we’ll generate a custom order from Paypal. We can also adjust and re-send an invoice if you think the shipping charge wasn’t what you expected. So don’t be shy, we are here to help.

Do you deliver Overseas?
Not at this stage, but please contact us to request it.

How do your deliveries work?
Our products are shipped via Fastway Couriers, ex Sydney. Deliveries are dispatched normally within 24 hours, should an out of stock situation arise we will advise you prior to dispatch.

For residential deliveries, we prefer not to leave parcels if you are not home. A calling card is left by our courier advising that a delivery was attempted and that the parcel is available for collection or delivery can be re-arranged through our courier company. This is simply for security reasons. No deliveries are made on public holidays.

You will be emailed a dispatch notification which may have tracking numbers.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted if our order has not been dispatched. Best to call us.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Should a product arrive damaged or broken then we are happy to give you a full or partial refund or credit upon submitting photographic proof and if we are notified within 24 hours of the order arriving.

Currency
All products featured on our website are sold in Australian dollars (AUD).

What methods of payment do you take?
We appreciate Direct Deposit Bank Transfer payments. We also accept most major credit cards including Visa & Mastercard via Paypal, and Australian dollar cheques.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We are very happy to take orders over the phone or simply help you make-up your mind, just call Marcel.

Is your credit card service secure?
Yes. Your online payments are taken securely by using one of the Paypal secure payment gateways and your credit card details are not stored by Schlossgold nor able to be accessed by Schlossgold.

Do you accept Direct Deposit?
Yes please. If you wish to pay us via Direct Deposit here are the details should you have missed them.

May I pay by cheque?
Sure but it takes a little longer. Please write your Name and Order Number on the back of the cheque. We will notify you when your order is shipped, after the money clears. Post the cheque to:
